Returns & Refund Policy

At The Watch Foundry, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or alterations may not qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different model or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

7. Store Returns

You may also return eligible items to our store during business hours.
