After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where necessary, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Store pickup is also available from our Modimolle location after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer protection laws.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories where applicable.

7. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, water damage (unless specifically stated), or unauthorised repairs.
